Registration package
- Specialists, general practitioners and students receive the complete congress programme on Saturday and Sunday, including plenaries, symposia, the consensus plenary and the exhibition.
- Workshops and the gala dinner are registered separately.
Workshop registration mechanism
- The two pre-congress masterclasses run at the same time (Friday 15 January, 08:00–13:30). Participants may register for one workshop.
- Each workshop carries 5 CME credits; certificates are handed over after the competency evaluation or QC sign-off.
- Seats are limited and confirmed first-come, first-served.
Group registration mechanism
- Group registration is available for more than 5 delegates.
- Applicants complete the guarantee letter form and send it to the secretariat [email TBA], then wait up to 1×24 hours for confirmation before registering participants.
- Payment through the payment gateway is due no later than [date TBA].
Cancellation policy
- Refund and name-change rules: [to be set by the Organizing Committee].
